On Memorial Day, we got a crazy hair, and decided to go over to Sequim, WA to the Olympic Game Farm. It's a sort of zoo that you can drive through... the animals come up to your car and you can feed them bread. It was a 3.5 hour drive there, and because of the Hood Canal Bridge Closure, it was a 5+ hour drive back. The boys did absolutely FANTASTIC. No kidding... I had wondered how they might do w/ the long drive bookending the trip, and how they would react to the big ass buffalo and such coming up to the windows... and they were rock stars. I couldn't have asked for a better day, and two better behaved little boys.

The boys each got a prize... Seth got a 'Bussawhoa' and Nolan got a 'Monkey'... it was actually a mountain lion, but he insists it's a monkey.

To save some dough, we packed a lunch... it ended up working out very well that way, as the shop next to the gift shop was closed. It used to sell food and ice cream back in the day if I remember correctly, but looked like it was being renovated when we were there.

I see woo!
