I am a big goober in some ways... I love lists and checking items off of lists, I keep a running grocery list for my biweekly shopping trip and I plan a menu for our dinners to help A. keep things diverse and B. Help me save $$... though I have still been buying some stuff we really don't need. But that's another post for another day. Here is the menu plan right now (starting w/ last weekend)

W Taco Cups, Spanish Rice, Pinto Beans and fruit
Th Grilled Chicken, Rice A Roni, broccoli/peas and fruit and possibly bread
F Pizza from Little Caesar's most likely
S Dinner at my mom and dad's ... not sure what we'll have yet
S Parmesan Chicken, Rice a Roni, Peas and Carrots, Fruit and bread
M Shortcut Chicken Manicotti, broccoli or green beans, fruit and crescent rolls
T Bacon Cheeseburger Rollup, broccoli, and fruit
W Pancakes, sausage and fruit
Th Fish sticks and tater tots
F Dinner at Costco most likely
Here are some pictures of Liam's birthday party. Liam is the son of a friend of Lori's... one of her best friends actually. She has become a part of the family, and Nolan and Liam get along like a house on fire. Liam turned 5 and had his party at a pizza place and then we took the kids to a playground. They had a blast. Nolan still asks "Where's Yiam?"
