Didn't too a whole helluva lot this weekend... actually, now that I think about it, I guess we did. Friday I picked up Lori's car since she was out of town. (She was in the process of driving back to Seattle from Arizona with Ashley and Karen.) It was a beautiful evening, so Aaron and I cruised around Alki beach for a bit then drove over to Pacific Place Mall in the city and had dinner at Johnny Rockets. (say it with me "mmmm cheese fries") Then Wili met us back at the house and he and Aaron settled in for a night of video game playing while I took refuge in the bedroom and watched tv till I passed out.

Saturday we got up and Aaron made his fantabulous pancakes and we headed out to run errands and go grocery shopping. By the way, I must admit that grocery shopping and errand running is a lot of fun in a convertible. We had a blast. It was so nice out, I think I even got a bit of sun. We came home, loaded up the fridge and cupboards and I made dinner (cheeseburger rice and herb toast) and we met up with Wili again to go back down to Alki beach. Holly and Meghan and Chandra were going to meet us there, and we planned on having a bonfire. It was a bit cold, but once the fire was going it was nice and toasty. We had smores and kettle corn, and we did NOT drink on a public beach... and those were NOT our mini bottles buried in the sand under the fire pit.

Sunday, I settled in to get my homework done for Biology. I wanted to be at Holly's candle party by 2, so I sat down at 10am and quickly realized I had grossly underestimated the amount of work that is involved in this class. Holy shnikey. Two assignment sheets turned into two papers and a worksheet and my lab from hell took forever as well. *sigh* it's going to be a long quarter. I worked on my biology from 10 am until about 6:15 when I determined it was time for a shower. When I got out I did a bit of math homework before Lori came over for dinner. Man, I still have a shit load of stuff to do... that's the thing, it's not like I'm catching up, it's continual.

I got up at 5:30 this morning and did homework until 10 to 7 when I jumped in the shower because I like to watch the first 10 minutes of the today show. I don't know why, I just do. I will go home tonight, make dinner (leftovers) and hop on the homework. We are going to my cousin's house at 7 for her daughter's 2nd birthday. Tommorrow night is Lori's birthday at 7, and I'm getting my hair done at 6 on wednesday. I see a couple more early mornings of homework. I just need to find the groove in all of this and it'll be fine. right?

That's me in the 7th grade, back in the days when 7th graders still looked like kids. I was allowed lip gloss and that was it until my birthday when I received avon eyeliners in every color imagineable and mascara. Boy did I do it up then.

That's Me, Holly and Tatum in Puerta Vallarta in 1996. Damn, I look downright albino there.
